Here it is -- my pride and joy !
What else for a Harley Mom but a white Harley Mom bike!
This
is Tiggy and Mom at the National H.O.G. Convention in Rapid City, SD in
1991 during the Sturgis Rally. We took first runner-up in the Ladies of
Harley Sportster Class bike show that year. I have a 1989 Sportster which
has been customized. The paint was by LJ's Bodyshop of Brookings, customized
leather by Drag Specialties, and the design and gold leaf by Snake of Sioux
Falls. The chrome and everything else was taken care of by J and L Harley
of Sioux Falls. This picture doesn't show the final project -- I had the
wheel spokes gold plated last year. I used to enter the bike in a lot of
shows and have many trophies but finally got that out of my system. Besides
it's too hard to compete against a bike with 8 or 10 miles on it. |
